This page will help you know what to do and when to do it as you help your new Associates get their businesses off the ground. Whether you are a natural leader or not, you *CAN* successfully train other people. The system we have in place here does most of the work for you. If you can follow a script, you can teach others how to do it too. If you can point them to the system, most of their questions will be answered here, taking a lot of the burden off of you as their Director. We want training to be system-dependent, not person-dependent. We want everyone to have access to all the same training, information, and resources so they all come away with as much retained knowledge as possible. We want to help you to help them.
